Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

  • Prepare and maintain operational workstation baseline for multiple networks within the agency;
  • Assure successful deployment of security updates and antimalware/data loss prevention endpoints;
  • Assure security hardening based on security settings and group policies;
  • Provide automated reporting on utilisation of resources with regards to licensing and capacity management;
  • Load users and workstations into a datacentre - centric infrastructure;
  • Install and document remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept;
  • Liaise with the Agency’s Centralised Service Desk for incident, problem and change management

Requirements:

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 as client operating systems;
  • Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications; e.g. MCITP.;
  • Experience in client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCeM as toolsets;
  • Experience in troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning problems;Knowledge of NCIA Core Enterprise Services activities and specifically: Kiosk management and REACH Support
  • Experience in Application Provisioning technologies
  • Fluent in English
  • Optional: I - Thin client I zero client deployment technology;
  • Experience in remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept.
