The Account Executive is responsible for selling Basware’s full portfolio of software and services to new name customers and will introduce newly launched products and services into existing customer accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales targets by hunting, qualifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities with a focus on cloud solutions
  • Act as the primary contact of prospects and existing customers
  • Engage with C-level executives to position Basware’s strategic value proposition
  • Develop territory and account plans and drive the execution of these plans
  • Define marketing activities to grow pipeline and increase win rate together with the Marketing Manager
  • Pipeline management with a focus on 4 quarters and forecast on the current quarter and quarter +1
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience in the software industry
  • Proven track record in solution selling based on a consultative selling approach
  • Consistent and proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
  • Ability to sell based on ROI, value selling, and translating into the final proposal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft and CRM tools

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
