NAVITRANS Logistics Software is seeking an Account Executive to join our ever-growing team.

The successful candidate is a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, mainly focused on TMS Transportation Management Systems (road transport) to help Navitrans to expand with its Logistics Software.

This position requires a person who can demonstrate a proven track record in business development, comfortable with aggressive targets, maintaining customer relationships, can work under minimal supervision, is self-motivated, fast learner, and is skilled in developing and executing strategies based on market analysis to foster new business growth of cloud-based solutions.

What your day will look like:
  • Successfully acquire new logos for Navitrans
  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Pursue new opportunities, identify support improvements, and implement profit enhancements
  • Build and continuously improve our customer base
  • Identify and build relationships with all decision-makers, key contacts, and stakeholders during and after the sales process
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document interaction with all sales pursuits
  • Remain current on industry trends, market activities, governmental regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Leverage all external and internal partners to generate a sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities with both new and existing accounts
  • Report progress and pipelines with Navitrans headquarters and attend sales meetings
  • Work closely with leadership, product, development, sales, marketing, customers, and prospects to set the strategic direction and overall product positioning
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed

About you:
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in Logistics/Transportation – TMS (Road Transport)
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent working experience
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central knowledge will be an asset
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • SaaS Software experience
  • Marketing Research and Analysis
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence, demonstrate sound business judgement
  • Superior customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive team player with a huge desire to WIN
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
