As Account Manager at Lease a Bike, you will oversee our sales activities, employing both a service- and results-oriented approach. You will help inform potential clients about how bike leasing could be of added value to their companies and employees. With your networking and negotiating skills, you know how to captivate clients and create long-standing, fruitful partnerships. In addition to excellent commercial and communication skills, we are looking for someone who is capable of working autonomously, while also proactively suggesting ways we can improve as a company. At Lease a Bike, our close-knit team is responsible for shaping the company’s overall strategy and operational activities. A new colleague with a real entrepreneurial spirit would fit the bill perfectly!
Your responsibilities:
- Approaching and winning over new clients, from SMEs to multinationals, talking to companies about their wants and needs. Your job will be to convince them of the benefits of bike leasing using our unique Lease a Bike platform;
- Following up on leads from various channels via our CRM tool;
- Reflecting on our overall sales strategy and advising on new channels to explore;
- Supporting clients in making sure that their employees actually get on their bikes;
- Showing a thorough understanding of both DMUs and the various interests at stake.
What are we looking for?
While we are looking for an Account Manager who is capable of working independently, you are never alone. With an ambitious team of 16 colleagues, we are aiming to at least double, even triple, our business within the next year. You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in the B2B sector. You are no stranger to the concept of consultative selling;
- You describe yourself as a real go-getter with excellent people skills, knowing how to strike the right chord no matter the level within an organisation, from HR to business managers;
- Networking is something that comes naturally to you. You are able to identify the needs of both existing and new contacts;
- You are highly commercially driven, have a passion for growth and a high degree of independence and entrepreneurship;
- You are French speaking, although we do also expect you to be able to communicate in Dutch and English.
