Our innovative matchmaking platform employs the “like, match, chat” concept, directly connecting IT developers with companies. Bevopr is the Tinder of recruitment for IT developers, streamlining the hiring process and enhancing the experience for both candidates and employers.
As Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts. Your role will also involve fostering relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle and collaborating closely with the marketing department to acquire end-users (talents). Your expertise in consultative solutions sales will be pivotal in understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing users’ feedback and ideas to drive product enhancements and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conducting prospecting and lead generation efforts to identify and engage potential clients.
- Participating in the acquisition of end-users (talents) in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Managing and nurturing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects, addressing their unique needs.
- Tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports to monitor progress and performance.
- Developing and maintaining a prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
- Planning and strategising marketing activities to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborating with product, data, and development teams to drive product enhancements based on user feedback.
- Ensuring a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Encouraging customers to upgrade their products and promoting customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing enterprise-level client accounts.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Familiarity with the IT developer recruitment market is advantageous.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and track sales performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet sales targets.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a positive can-do attitude are key to success at Bevopr.
