Our client, a global Pharmaceutical company is looking for an Accountant to join it’s dynamic finance team.

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our operations in the BELUX region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

Manage day-to-day accounting activities , including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform reconciliations , journal entries, and month-end close processes.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Assist in preparing tax returns and working with external auditors during audits.

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency .

Implement best practices and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Profile:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Fluent in English, with professional level of French (German is a plus).
