Our client is an international player rooted in Belgium, with over four decades of experience producing high-quality food products exported worldwide ????.

We’re currently looking for an Accounting Manager ready to take on a strategic and impactful role within the Finance Department.

???? Your Mission

• Report directly to the CFO.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 passionate finance professionals.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements under IFRS and BE GAAP.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.

• Manage customer credit and optimize working capital.

• Coordinate both internal and external audits.

• Support digital transformation initiatives and ERP-related projects (SAP FI/CO, Power BI).

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and long-term thinking.

???? Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, BE GAAP, and tax declarations (VAT).

• Proven experience leading finance teams in an international, industrial environment.

• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO is a must.

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English ????️.

• A critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills — approachable, resilient under pressure, and committed to developing your team ????.
