For our Headquarters in Sint Niklaas, we are looking for a:
Accounts Administrator:
Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Reconciling financial statements.
First point of contact to the external accountant
HR and payroll.
Office management.
Job brief:
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable, accounting and HR.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Besides this you will also be responsible for the payroll administration on a monthly basis and be the first point of contact for our suppliers and external accountant.
To be successful in this role, you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Furthermore you take responsibility in a flexible work-environment, identify and solve problems and provide structure to the team.
Responsibilities
· Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
· Process bank deposits
· Reconcile financial statements
· Prepare, send and store invoices
· Submit tax forms
· VAT expertise on a European level
· Identify and address discrepancies
· Report on the status of accounts payable.
· Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
· Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
· Payroll processing
· Office management
Requirements
· Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
· Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
· Hands-on experience with accounting software (YUKI)
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Well organized and an eye for structural improvements.
· BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
