Immo J. Eckelmans has been active since 1968, including in student housing, and is now led by the third generation of the family. The mission of the organization is to optimally manage the various privately owned locations. In doing so, the managers continuously strive for a good balance between the interests of private owners and investors on the one hand, and a strong focus on affordable housing on the other hand.

That would be your role

While manning the reception desk and being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you would help us with the handling of the interactions with and inquiries from our residents, by sending out communications / mailings, and handling a variety of admin tasks on a daily basis such as drafting and filing documents, managing agenda’s, following-up on interventions, ordering office supplies, ...

That would be you

  • Profound knowledge of MS office
  • A team player who’s able to work independantly
  • Good communication skills in mainly Dutch and English, basic knowledge of French would be a plus
  • A ’can do’ and positive mindset
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
  • Able to manage and prioritize a variety of admin tasks
