- Bringadaily support tothemembersoftheteamsbasedintheAllianceParkandLessines PilotPlant
- ProvideofficesupportfordatamanagementprogramsasAttentia,COUPA,T&EConcur,BCDTravel, Outlook,...
- Contributesasadministrativeassistanttoplanevents,conferencesandmeeting
- Involvementinlocalinitiativesuchassimplificationoflocalprocess.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Supportteamstohelpthempassaudits
- Supporton-goingGBUprojectsonasneededbasis
- ManagementofCOCAMEXTravelcardforVIE
- Manageagendaandrelatedsupportontheirdemand(ie.Slidedeck,concurexpenses,etc.... )
- Handleconfidentialinformation
- Organizetravels,makereservationsandrelatedarrangements.Ensurethatbusinesstripsarefullyapproved
- Providesupportforlocalmeetingsandmanagelargeeventsorganizationasneeded
- ProvideofficesupportfordatamanagementprogramssuchasbutnotlimitedtoAttentia,COUPA,T&EConcur,BCDTravel,Outlook(or equivalentprograms)
- Processregistrationtocongress,seminarandtraining.Manageorganization,payment.
- Ensure administrative/lT/QA follow up for new employees. Ensure Onboarding of new employee are fullycoveredasperprocedure
- ManagementofERNIEdistributionlistsforsupportedteams
- ProvidesupportforBaxtervisitorswhileinAlliancePark.
- OrganizeMerakarchives
- Handlingofdailymails.
- FluentinEnglish&French
- Assertivnessinthewaytohandleproblems
- HandleITtoolsandsoftwaresneededinhis/herdailywork.
- More than 5 yearsofexperience
- Bachelor’sinmanagementassistant or equivalent.
