We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Event & Admin Officer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Eating Point. In the initial phase, you will receive mentorship from Ludovic, our experienced Event & Logistics Manager, and Jean-Benoit, the visionary behind Eating Point. They will provide you with insights into our company, products, and the tools necessary for your success. Embodying the principle that "a safe base gives wings," your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless functionality of our tools, empowering your colleagues to excel in their respective fields.

Moving into the second phase, you will actively contribute to behind-the-scenes tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire structure. Collaborating closely with Thibault, our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Eating Point’s inner workings.

Subsequently, you will take on both independent and collaborative tasks, utilizing your creativity to further develop and enhance various departments.

Time to Get Down to Business

As the Event & Admin Assistant, you play a crucial role across various domains with key responsibilities including:

- Event: Ensuring event coordinators take all necessary steps to create a significant impact; independently managing HR administrative tasks for temporary staff; and verifying supplier invoices.

- Logistics: Managing stocks as required and supervising HACCP processes.

- Accounting: Entering invoices into our software; verifying their allocation; managing the "white box," and overseeing payments.

- Administration: Continuously enhancing and refining tools; overseeing general contracts; leading HR administration, and supervising our fleet.

- Strategy: Collecting, analyzing, and monitoring key performance indicators. Your goal is to assist everyone in achieving their objectives while keeping a close eye on them. As a team, we share a common group objective, and together, we strive for it! Team spirit is of utmost importance to us!

Are You the One?

We are seeking an individual who is accurate and committed, with a passion for the event sector and an enjoyment of working in a small yet incredibly fun team!

- A positive attitude and a strong team spirit are crucial for reinforcing our team dynamics.

- Bilingualism is preferred, and proficiency in English is a valuable asset.

- Proactive, flexible, organized, and capable of handling stress effectively.

- Residing in close proximity to Brussels.

- Previous professional experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Start date: As soon as possible, but subject to mutual discussion.
