Oregon Tool is seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon Business Manager in Europe.
Position Summary:
The Amazon Business Manager (Europe) will own and lead the Oregon portfolio of products on Amazon marketplaces in Europe to ensure commercial success. The person will develop an intimate knowledge of products, markets, and channels to develop growth-focused strategies for our business with Amazon and must have the ability to diagnose issues and develop action plans.
The Amazon Business Manager (Europe) will develop strategies for growth, risk assessment, and mitigation, identify new consumer and product trends, work closely with the creative team for content updates, seasonal planning including promotions and new product launches, marketing tactics and sustain the financial health of the business.

Location: Belgium OR United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal planning for EU markets. This includes SKU-level and promotional planning to cover key shopping periods.
- Analyse Amazon SKU level performance data, identify why products are declining or increasing, and propose strategies to troubleshoot any problems.
- To ensure the digital shelf is up-to-date and relevant for each market with market specific parts fit information. This includes seasonal readiness of key SKUs across the markets liaising with internal and external partners.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on SKU and market performance.
- Analyse and report on the regional market and consumer trends.
- Proactively catch any issues by understanding the use of Amazon and other analytical tools and ensure steps are taken to resolve any.
- Keep up to date with any regulatory issues that may impact our business with Amazon.
- Proactively monitor Oregon products sold on the platforms to ensure sellers are not infringing Oregon trademarks and patents.
- Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure that we meet Amazon KPIs.
- Collaborate with the regional sales and marketing teams on strategic alignment for key Amazon activities.
- Work closely with the FP&A teams on Amazon EU profitability and ensure action is taken when necessary.
- Assess market trends and make new product proposals.
- Liaise with internal partners to develop Amazon EU go-to-market plans for new products.
- Work closely with Amazon PAN EU AVS Brand Specialist and Vendor Manager to plan and execute key strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or other related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon specific product assortments and product sales for another consumer goods company.
- Demonstrated ability to assess market and consumer trends, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on aggressive deadlines.
- Proven success prioritizing work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Experience in supporting European eComm marketplaces and willingness to work cross-functionally and multi-culturally.
