We are currently looking motivated professionals with a strong background in insuranceand a proven track record in AML/CFTto join our client’s team. As a Consultant (we are looking for several type of seniority) in this role, you will assist insurance companies in navigating the challenges of complying with the AML/CFT regulatory framework.* You willplay a key role in helping clients mitigate risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing*, and sanctions violations, while supporting the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and sanctions programs.

Position (depending on Seniority) :

• Collaborate with clients to identify and implement efficient solutions to challenges posed by the AML/CFT regulatory framework.

• Support clients in the implementation and remediation of AML/CFT regulatory requirements by:
• Designing, reviewing, enhancing, implementing, and monitoring measures for detecting money laundering/terrorist financing (ML/FT) and sanctions violations.
• Assessing AML/CFT and sanctions risks at both the enterprise and business unit levels.
• Drafting and enhancing relevant policies and procedures.
• Providing training sessions and raising awareness across teams.
• Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) remediation efforts.
• Conducting transaction monitoring (KYT).
• Performing internal control assessments and testing.
• Engage with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across different functional areas.

• Stay up-to-date on regulatory and market developments in the field of AML/CFT.

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the AML/CFT service offering within the organization.

Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in AML/CFT up to high-level (multiple profiles sought).

• Dutch or French + English

• Background in the insurance sector.
