Main missions :

He oversees the upgrading and maintenance of the software applications used by the group: SALESFORCE, MISTRAL, PRAXEDO...

He is responsible for training and communication on the use of applications throughout the organization :

1) Manages application implementation and upgrades :

He is responsible for implementing and upgrading system hardware and application software.

2) It carefully monitors the deployment process to detect any problems :

Solves problems with software

Provides technical support and problem solving related to enterprise application software systems.

3) Create processes and protocols for applications :

For any new software introduced into the organization, the application manager creates,

develops and oversees protocols and procedures for its use.

Once these standards are developed, they may also need to provide user training.

. Managing Applications throughout their lifecycle

. Applications Specialist supports and maintains operational applications, and plays an important role in design, testing and improvement of applications that form part of IT Services

. Support the organization’s business processes by helping to identify functional and manageability requirements for application software

. Assisting in the decision whether to build or buy an application

. Initially in charge of the Belgian and German scope

Required Skills :

. BAC +4/5 in computer engineering or similar.

. Knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices. Experience with database management (SQL, SOAP, REST),

• Familiarity with project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).

• Experience with the troubleshooting information system.

• Experience in leading and facilitating training.

• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

• Fluent English and operational Dutch

• Occasional trip to France

. Communication, team spirit, proactivity, capacity for transversal management, team coordination and change management.

Terms :

Position attached to Paal, Belgium, partial home office possible (1 to 2 days a week)
