Voor een van onze klanten zoeken we een* Application Manager Supply Chain Food*.
Opdracht:

• Je ondersteunt en begeleidt de introductie van nieuwe applicaties of de integratie van applicaties met bestaande pakketten.
• Je zorgt voor het life cycle management van deze applicaties.
• Je overlegt regelmatig met collega’s en partners: de service delivery manager, (senior) developers, asset owners, (senior) analisten, leveranciers.
• Bij grote incidenten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je mobiliseert je collega’s om de systemen zo snel mogelijk operationeel te krijgen.
• Je beslist in samenspraak met je collega-AM’s wie welke applicaties en assets voor zijn rekening neemt, en je kan rekenen op de nodige steun en begeleiding.

Verwachte output:

• Responsible that all the documentation for a service is delivered
• Is accountable for the cohesion of the entire solution (application components, platform(s) and application infrastructure) that contributes to the ICT service
• Defines the SLEs with the Partner and defines KPI’s to measure the quality of the service
• Reports to the Service Delivery Manager – Run the results of the KPI’s and the impact on the SLE
• Ensures that the SLEs defined with the Partners are translated into the right expectations (OLEs) for the various elements that make up the solution (application components, platform(s) and application infrastructure).
• Is responsible that the ICT service remains compliant with the architectural choices (especially in terms of business architecture and in line with the agreed SLEs)
• Ensures that the ICT service continuity management plans are available for the Service Delivery Manager – Run (roadmap)
• Reports on the ICT service performance and compares the result with the SLEs defined with the Service Delivery Manager
• Creates and maintains the service operating model for the ICT service based on the service operating model template provided by the Service Responsible
• Makes sure that the ICT service description in the service catalog is up-to-date
• Acts as escalation point in case of issues between functional/technical service delivery roles
• Informs and communicates with the Service Delivery Manager - Run in case of major incidents
• Plans the operational meetings with the suppliers of the various elements of the service

Rapportering:

• Als Applicatie Manager rapporteer je minimaal 2-wekelijks naar je dienstchef en in je rol van Applicatie Service Responsible minstens maandelijks (formeel) naar de Service Delivery Manager Run.
• Evaluatie:
• Op regelmatige tijdstippen en minimaal om de 6 maanden, vindt een evaluatie plaats van de uitvoering van bovenstaande.

Profiel

• Kennis en ervaring – Je hebt een achtergrond in IT en Retail en je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied.
• Oplossingsgericht – Probleem? Geen probleem voor jou, maar een uitdaging waarvoor je graag de mouwen opstroopt! Je houdt het hoofd koel en denkt aan de beste en snelste oplossing.
• Knopen doorhakken – Je neemt vol zelfvertrouwen je verantwoordelijkheid op en durft dan ook knopen doorhakken, ook als de beslissing niet evident is.
• Netwerker – Je legt vlot contact met mensen die je nog niet kent en bouwt duurzame relaties op met je interne partners en opdrachtgevers.
• Helder communiceren – Je vertaalt je inzichten en brengt je visie over met de nodige overtuigingskracht.
• Talenkennis - Je spreekt goed Nederlands en beheerst het Engels perfect.

Praktische informatie:
Het gaat om een voltijdse opdracht die zo snel mogelijk van start zou moeten gaan, voor een periode van 6 maanden (met optie op verlenging). Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit het distributiecentrum in Halle, met mogelijkheid tot 1 à 2 dagen regionaal werk (Haasrode of Deinze).
