Role/Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Analyst within the MA ERS Baking Operational Unit in the Lending department, your are responsible of the below:
  • Writing product specifications and user stories.
  • Conducting feature and theme based market research with clients or strategy team.
  • Working with engineering to develop the product with limited supervision.
  • Guiding, mentoring or possibly supervising junior product analysts.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires at least 4 years of analyst experience in the financial services and risk management software industry.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions.
  • Ability to support clients and Implementation Services projects as well as Sales opportunities on a set of features or solutions. Supports the product manager.
  • Bachelors required, Master degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred.
  • This position requires the individual to be available to provide periodic evening and weekend on call support in line with business needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Good knowledge of corporate lending processes in the bank industry is highly regarded.
  • Relational database and data extract processes understanding is required.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
