We are looking for aStrategic Initiatives and Market Development Assoc Director,whoispivotalinsupportingand executingthe long-termgrowth and development of theassignedStrategic Initiativeswithin PharmaceuticalssegmentinWE (Western Europe), includingbut not limited to, Compounding.

As part of the Compounding growththis roleisfocusedon:translating Customerneed inintechnicalrequirements;identifyingthe Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) neededto deliver assigned initiatives and providehigh qualityinput to theLeadershiptoensure thatSMEs are allocated as appropriate;deliveringConsultancyand Supportto theHealthcareproviders in building new or upgrading existing cleanrooms, process development,Capacity Management, Innovation, Optimisationswith a view toFutureproofing,and ensuring that current and futureQuality & Regulatory expectations and guidelines can be understood and met;overcome barriers in product importexport for Geox.

The person in this role isaccountableto oversee resourcesfor the assignedStrategic initiatives, eitherwhendirectly reporting or external consultant.This roleisfor an experienced and versatileTalent able toinfluencein amulti stakeholdersMatrix Environmentboth internallyand externally, includingthe Customer,Sales Team,Finance,Commercial & Operations Leaders, Pharmacy teams,Medical,ProjectManagers,IT (Information Technology)andQualityRegulatory bodieswhen applicable.

The core responsibility is ensuring asuccessfuldeliveryoftheassignedPharmaceuticalStrategic Initiatives.
Travel

Variablebetween25% and50% based on the period.

JobRequirements
  • University degree: Master’s/PhD degree
  • Proficiencyin English (both written and verbal) is essential
  • Written and verbal fluency inDutch and French are a competitiveadvantage
  • Technical knowledge& experienceofasepticand GMP regulatedenvironments,having built and designed working cleanrooms and processes is highlyrecommended
  • Proven& successful experience ofmanaging regulatory audits as leadingpersonandbeing the contact person for auditor
  • Understandingand ability to designQuality Management Systems.Certificationsare a plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills, certification is a plus
  • Familiar with technology, automation, artificial intelligence, process improvements and working outinnovative solutionsto problems.

  • Knowledge and understanding of PIC/S Pharmacy Products guidelinesand/ or GMP including Annex 1
  • Proven experience inPharmacyCleanRoomDesign,AsepticCompounding, sterile manufacturing, operations, regulatory compliance,management,and manufacturing of unlicensed drugs for human use
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards
