Associate Scientist

We are looking for an Associate Scientist to join our team !

The Clinical Release and Stability (CRS) group is a department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Development & Supply – Analytical Development.

The lab team of CRS supports the delivery of the R&D portfolio by timely testing of:

- Clinical release and stability testing of Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) for small molecules from Phase 1 up to registration

- Manufacturing and characterization development support for DS and DP

Your Function

As an Associate Scientist within CRS, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing analysis to support product characterization, method qualification/validation, release, and stability testing, with a main focus on liquid chromatography.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory regulations, analytical methods and specifications, GMP standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Evaluating scientific data generated during testing to ensure accurate results.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Master’s degree in science or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Has good knowledge and practical experience with Liquid Chromatography techniques.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to high-quality standards in experimental work and takes responsibility for ensuring the integrity of experiments.
  • Is efficient, flexible, and dynamic, able to manage changing demands.
  • Has a customer-focused approach and is performance-driven.
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Has proficiency in English (both spoken and written), with a preference for knowledge of Dutch.
  • Is able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
