We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join the team at our Sinelco Head Office in Ronse on a 6 month contract.

About the role …

Our company Sinelco is an international B2B distributor of professional hair and beauty products.We are active in 60 countries and have around 5000 products in our range. We are looking for a language-competent customer service employee. Together with your colleagues you support the Sales Team and you will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities …

  • Order processing
  • First point of contact for our customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments
  • Handle any complaints that arise and provide a suitable solution
  • Sales support - point of contact for all sales representatives and follow up of quotations
  • Cross functional collaboration with other departments such as Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Marketing

About you ...

  • Fluent in Dutch and English is essential, knowledge of French is desirable
  • Customer focussed with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive ’can do’ approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good administration skills
  • Attention to detail
