Description de la fonction
  • Supervise the setting up of the bar: control the stock, fill the fridge with drinks, prepare the necessary things, take the orders.
  • Set up for aperitifs, cocktails and long drinks.
  • Serve the customers: doses and mixes the drinks.
  • Provide explanations regarding the composition and taste of beverages
  • Prepare small hot and cold snacks
  • Ensure a relaxed atmosphere in the bar
  • Prepare the bill and check the money returned, the account assignment in the cash register.
  • Collect and sort the empties, to wash the glasses...
  • Clean the bar and maintain the bar counter
  • Keep the bar and counter clean and tidy

Description du profil
  • Being passionate about people and service
  • Great communication skills and guest orientated
  • Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience in the field
  • Must speak fluent English. French and or Dutch is a plus.
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
