The Biodiesel business has been constantly growing over the past years, and will further grow in future with our new plant MIDAS being build!
Job Purpose and Impact

The Biodiesel Supply Chain Team Lead Planning & Customer Service, will supervise Supply Chain Coordinators, leading all aspects of day-to-day supply chain coordination activities. In this role, you will lead our team that is responsible for coordination and communication of our commodity movements towards our plants, customers, storage locations and tolling locations. This should be done via key integrated planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data and helping coordinate cross-functional work teams.
You will be part of our Supply Chain Management team where we will constantly drive for best supply chain execution for our growing and changing business. Key Accountabilities

Lead and develop a strong team for a flawless supply chain execution.
Partner with cross-functional work teams to optimize our supply chain.
Prepare and provide supply chain network solution input for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
Be active and present in our market with our customer and supplier relations
Provide support and feedback to define improvement projects and commitments requiring a thorough understanding of supply chain practices and procedures.
Conduct performance management, talent development, hiring, succession planning and engagement.
Review and publish supply chain metrics targets.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Fluent in English and Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Five years of work experience with at least three in Supply Chain
