The Brand Activation Manager’s role is to develop and deliver our brand & brand activation strategy for Selfcare in Belgium and to ensure market-leading excellence in execution on a given portfolio of brands.
Brand Activation is a crucial part of an overall marketing approach to develop a “Patient Journey” and identify key touchpoints and key influencers. This role requires a detailed understanding of the local market, the competitive environment, as well as strong consumer & shopper Insights.
In this role, you are responsible for: driving a specific brand portfolio from a brand activation & patient understanding perspective; the development and implementation of conversion strategies in the category; providing vital input for customer activities.
Location: Beerse, Belgium. Opportunity also to work from Antwerp and/or Brussels (Diegem) office.
Your key responsibilities and the impact you will make:
Together with the Brand Activation Lead Selfcare, you will develop and deliver our brand activation strategy & plans
- Support of the Brand Activation Lead in defining the long-term brand and portfolio strategies within the marketing plan
- Develop and implement Local Brand Activation Plan
- Ensure successful NPI launches in the local market
- Develop best in class Media Plans & digital campaigns in close cooperation with digital manager & external agencies
- Develop business cases for new products based on market potential analysis
You will deliver our business targets and develop mitigation plans
- Development, implementation and performance analysis of activation strategies and tactics such as assortment, distribution and promotional effectiveness & profitability
- Oversee & optimize In-Market Excellence in Execution
- Deliver Customer Input on Activation programs
- Analyze Business Performances & Competitive review and develop corrective actions
You will take care of perfect execution of our plans
- S&OP: Forecast
- BME Tracking: Consumer & Trade BME
- Managing the national portfolio: eurocode, master data, Slob’s Close collaboration with Consumer Marketing on brand plan thanks to strong local market understanding
