As the Brand Manager for Gum Health (Parodontax & Corsodyl) at GSK CH, you will work closely with cross functional teams in Netherlands and Belgium as well as the Area Marketing team across Benelux & Nordics. You will be part of a passionate, experienced and culturally diverse Marketing team, focused on building brands trusted by consumers and experts.

Being the local Brand expert, you will transform global and area brand, portfolio and innovation strategies in the market for Netherlands and Belgium to win against competition.

Your responsibilities:

Brand/ Category ownership at country level:
  • You execute the Brand Planning process at country level in line with Category and Area guidelines.
  • You develop and implement marketing activities based on the annual plan
  • You carry out and follow-up campaigns
  • You develop corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country/brand KPIs
  • You lead country launch and activation plan for Innovations
  • You responsible for artwork of all products under brand responsibility

ATL:
  • You implement global/area campaigns- continuously follow-up and evaluate results
  • You lead local implementation of assets (TVC, sponsor spots, radio, internet, outdoor)
  • You are responsible for implementation of country media plan and managing content and updates of local brand websites

Finance:
  • You are responsible for Advertising & Promotion budget for category/brand(s) in local markets
  • You give input to sales forecasting and monthly reporting
  • You contribute to budget and target processes

Other:
  • Secure professional relationship within the country and cross functional teams with an involving and result oriented perspective
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business or equivalent,
  • Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment in the Benelux,
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience with proven track record of achievements in leading FMCG companies or consumer health care,
  • Excellent commercial understanding managing the brand from a P&L perspective,
  • Experience of planning and execution of data driven digital marketing campaigns,
  • Strong analytic, strategic and organizational skills,
  • Demonstrated brand leadership capabilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional team,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (in English, Dutch and/or French)
