Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role
Working on 2 of the most famous brands in the MDLZ portfolio in Milka andMikado,this role will have a future focused brief. These brands are pushing into new territories for Bakery and tapping into new younger audiences than the traditional core.
What we believe you need to be successful in this role?
- A minimum 4 year-experience in marketing in FMCG on A-brand;
- We will count on you to independently lead projects keeping your objective in mind;
- You are recognized for your drive for result, project managements & problem solving skills;
- Your open minded attitude will help you to get what you need by influencing your stakeholders;
- You have a good Marketing sensibility & creativity;
- You have a pro-active mind always looking for the best solutions;
- You are eager to learn and take on new challenges;
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French is a plus.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
