We are looking for a brand manager to provide support on the marketing aspects in OTC and RX, more specific inDermatology for 4 months.
Your objective is todevelop operational and tactical material and projects to address the needs of all stakeholders.

As mentioned above, the company (active in the pharmaceutical industry) is innovative and widely recognized in several therapeutic domains (joint care, hair care, ...). The development of high added value medicinal products, food supplements and medical devices is handled by them from A-Z.
You will become part of a very motivated and driven team in a 100% Belgian family company which has been expanding his business internationally. The Marketing department is dynamic and fast-growing and you will report to the Sales Director and Head of Marketing.
Description
As Brand Manager you manage your product brands: from drawing up sales forecasts and budgets through to quantified and statistical analyses, in addition to organizing campaigns and designing all material required for communication, promotional and sales purposes regarding the products.
A summary:
- Preparing the annual budget and assigning it to the different products.
- Developing and implementing Marketing strategies of these strategies to the sales team.
- Taking part to develop and implement communication campaigns for the general public.
- Performing market research for the products.
- Monitoring the implementation of the strategies in the field and analysing the ROI.
- Analyzing and tracking market trends: IMS data, feedback from the field, literature, ...
- Preparing salesforecast and sample volume forecasts.
- Designing assessing, analyzing and adapting the Marketing material for the sales team (Detail-aid, leaflet, planning schedule, calendar, scientific pack, catalogues, FAQs, info sheets, display, ...).
- Producing and dispensing product-related training and managing Cycle meetings with the sales staff.
- Negotiation, production, monitoring and ROI analysis of the "general public" marketing material (website, advertising, online campaigns, ...).
- Scientific and Marketing monitoring among the salesforce and clients (answering questions, providing explanations, adapting material, ...).
- Organization of and participation in seminars and conferences (from registration to onsite presence).
- Developing partnerships with KOL’s.
- Handling product launches: meetings, communications and managing the various materials and aids issued to representatives, etc.
- Contact with the product suppliers: new products on the market, research, products, ...

Requirements
To succeed in this post, we consider it vital that you should be:
- Trilingual (Dutch , French and English)
- 3 - 5 yearsexperience as brand manager
- Holder of a Bachelors’/Masters’ degree (Marketing/Communication/Science) or have a relevant experience
- At ease with figures and data
- Hands-on and a real Project Manager
Your creative and good writing skills will be combined with your good analytical skills AND advanced communication and presentation skills. In combination with your organisational and time management skills, you are an excellent multi-tasker. You meet commitments within the required deadlines.
You will have an advantage when you have had (an) experience as medical-pharmaceutical sales representative and/or training or qualification in a scientific field.
To really match with the team you take initiative, operate proactively, enthusiastically and creatively. You should have an open mind, with the ability to adopt a helicopter view and brand-level strategies.
