We are hiring a Business Analyst for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels . DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

You will support and implement the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure, EBSI, a new building block added to the CEF family in the 2019 work programme.

Main Responsibilities

As Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
Perform analysis of business requirements.

Assist in the definition of the Vision and targets for the information systems in scope.

Perform risk analysis and modelling of business processing to relevant stakeholders.

Support the delivery of information systems to meet identified stakeholder needs.

Give proposals for project strategies, analysis and business processes; review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis, status reports and problem reporting.

Guide the involved teams ensuring business needs are taken into account. This includes the teams in charge of technical implementation of the information systems as well as architecture, communication and monitoring team.

Support coordination between involved teams facilitating the work towards common business needs

Successful Candidate

Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis

Proven experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (Confluence and Jira) is required.

Quick learning ability is required as well as teamwork spirit, self-starting capability and ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment is required.

Good knowledge and understanding of Blockchain technology is required.

Capability to speak to business and technical audiences is required

Outstanding communication and writing skills are required.

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings is required

Strong capacity to give high level presentations is required

Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment is required

Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks.

Good drafting capacity in English is required. Proficient level of French is considered a plus.
