TITLE: Business Analyst

LOCATION: Belgium

GRADE: 9

In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the AT&T SSI account Globally, providing analysis and actions leading to improved customer satisfaction, improved Outlook fidelity, billing and profitability. Role will be expanded beyond this one account.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Customer satisfaction/Improved Billing

  • Work with ICs to ensure accurate billing

  • Monthly reviews with the customer to review billing

  • Resolve customer disputes during billing review

  • Drive efficiency in this process. Billing reviews should not delay recognizing revenue as it impacts Outlook Fidelity and profitability

• Revenue Forecast/Outlook

  • Will develop in SME for AT&T SSI billing

  • Based on trends, system data, and backbilling, provide revenue forecast globally

• Billing/Tracking

  • Prepare approved billing files for invoice creation

  • Other teams are responsible for the invoice creation, but the data needs to be in specific formats in order for the team to create the invoices

  • Revenue actuals tracked throughout the month

  • Unbilled amounts tracked throughout the month

    • Work to resolve issues causing unbilled amounts, mostly related to POs

• Vendor Cost Validation

  • Validate/approve vendor invoices

  • Voucher cost to region/country that received the revenue

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related field, or, 5+ years of related experience

• Detailed oriented, analytical and/or technical experience

• Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. multi-task, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency

• Ability to work as part of a team or independently

• Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by customers
