Key Responsibility 1: Provide technical support to the department
Objective: Within its area of expertise, to provide quality, service and customer-focused support to the various teams and colleagues, and to ensure activity within the department.
1. Writing and updating communications/instructional notes/training modules, organising and conducting training courses with the aim of informing/training the user on the appropriate use of the tool or the correct work method/content; and informing about new or changed developments in the department’s activity.
2. Performing and implementing new processes or process improvements.
3. Anticipate and study the necessary evolutions and changes. In agreement with the management of the department, to update and implement processes and procedures in order to offer the best possible solution to the administration both in terms of IT tools and operational administration.
4. Within the framework of his area of competence, to provide answers to questions/problems of his colleagues/users while taking into account the rules and procedures established by the department.
5. Within the scope of his area of competence, offer support and/or carry out unusual tasks or take the initiative to initiate specific actions.
Key Responsibility 2 : Ensure contact and coordination with IT
Objective: To be the link between business and IT
1. Detecting current and future automation needs. Gather and analyse user needs and problems concerning administration applications and extranet, and formulate proposals for a solution.
2. Participate in arrangements for the "development of new applications or modifications to existing applications" with a view to proposing the best possible solution for the administration while taking into account budgetary possibilities.
3. Follow up on the implementation of the requested developments or improvements.
4. Designing and carrying out acceptance tests and answering questions/problems raised during the implementation phase in order to guarantee a rapid commissioning of the developed systems.
Key Responsibility 3: Execution and Implementation of Reports
Objective: For both external and internal clients, to produce and implement reports and if necessary integrate the results into a dashboard; to provide regular feedback to management.
Key Responsibility 4: Achieving project objectives by planning/evaluating and implementing activities
Objective: In collaboration with the management, to accompany projects in its technical field
1. Actively investigate and respond to the wishes and needs of internal and external customers and work with the internal customer to find appropriate solutions.
2. Determine the size/scope of the project.
3. Plan the project.
4. Carry out the activities in the different phases.
5. Monitor the progress of the project.
6. Closing, debriefing and possibly handing over another finished product.

Objective: Lead and guide projects

Your Profile
Required experience
- You have a master degree and by preference you have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function.
- You have experience in processmodelling (BPMN) and a broad experience in managing workshops, formalizing business needs and in the management of business- and IT projects.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Thanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors.
- You have a conceptual and analytical mind and you have strong synthesis skills.
- You are a teamplayer and you like working in a project-mode.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
