Business Analyst – Supply chain Center of Excellence (COE)

As a Business Analyst at our supply chain organization, you have direct and indirect impact on the efficiency, effectiveness and innovation/expansion of the company. You will be part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, which is the bridge between business and IT to support and improve systems and processes for our Supply Chain colleagues.

Main responsibilities

Systems and processes are in place to help us all in our day-2-day job. Therefore, it’s important that they work properly and know a continuous improvement flow so that they become better in supporting us.

This is where you come in.

• You deliver first line support to your very own supply chain colleagueswhen they experience issues in our systems or processes. To make this happen you will collaborate closely with all parties involved to get solutions for incidents and problems. You take ownership to come to these solutions and ensure an end-to-end follow-up until the issue is solved all the way down to the root cause.
  & don’t forget, in the meantime you keep a close and transparent communicationgoing to keep everyone in the loop.
  
• In your support role you are the one having a clear view on existing and future challenges/questions/incidents or business needs. Both in production support and on projects.
  You put these insights to use by analyzing and designing insights/concepts and solutions that meet the business needs. It goes without saying that no solution is ready to go without proper testingin which you also play a crucial role.
  
• Monitoring, reporting and executingon system cleanup activities, data maturity, system enhancement, usage and performance gets you going.
  
• You are able to describe/formulate a complex matter to a wide audience. The Business Analyst has persuasive skills and is able to reach consensus and support, is able to communicate and share (technical) knowledge with all levels of the organizationand is able to discuss and clearly define/formulate the aspects of the subject, adjusting the content with regard to the person being addressed and has a strong customer focus.

• Master’s, Bachelor’s or Engineering degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience as a Business analyst and/or in a supply chain environment
• NL- ENG
• Experience in first level support is a plus
• Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of the telecoms sector and experience with an agile working environment are a plus
• Team player
