BUSINESS ANALYST (V.I.E.)

Shiseido Belgium, located in Brussels, is looking for an ambitious V.I.E. BUSINESS ANALYST to provide support to the financial department by managing controlling tasks.

With the support of the Finance dept., the Candidate will have the following responsibilities :

1 / Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Respond to requests by creating specific reports
  • Monitor expenses with the BI tool
  • Analysis of budget variances
  • Provision of data to the sales team
2 / Data consolidation
  • Provision of budget tools to the team
  • Integration of budget data during the different phases (SAP BPC)
3 / Budget process
  • Provision of figures for the various budget meetings
4 / Participation in accounting closings
  • Team support by providing support data
5 / Work on ad hoc projects
  • Process optimization / Response to RHQ requests /…
Skills And Experience
  • Background in accounting operations with good knowledge in all areas of financial accounting
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong Problem solving attitude and proactive approach
  • Knowledge SAP module FI-CO and Business Intelligence will be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • The candidate will have a master’s degree in finance.
  • Fluency in English
  • Curiosity and willing to learn
  • Enjoy working in a team and take initiatives
Monthly pay : 1991 € (non-contractual compensation set by decree and order, which amount may vary in particular depending on changes in the reference scale, the location of the assignment and the cases of reductions provided for by the texts)La mission est-elle pour moi ?
