As Business Continuity & Risk Expert, you will act as the internal risk advisory authority and provide coordination and independent oversight of risk taking activities across the organization. You will support the TVH organization in achieving as efficient as possible its goals and delivering its strategy.

Your responsibilities are among others:

  • Designing, developing and implementing the TVH Risk Management Framework and ensuring the definition and roll-out of mitigating measures by the different risk owners across the organization;
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the risk management activities in ensuring business continuity and realizing the TVH strategic goals;
  • Building a risk knowledge base to support TVH in taking informed strategic decisions and providing proper risk due diligence to ensure business continuity and compliance;
  • Advising internal and external stakeholders on the TVH Risk Management and acting as a single point of contact for risk related questions;
  • Providing training to the TVH staff on the standard operating procedures applying to their day to day work;
  • Strengthening your credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.

Profile

  • Master Degree in an economic-based subject;
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good understanding of the risk management and business continuity field;
  • Process and project knowledge and insight;
  • Practical experience in developing and maintaining a risk management, business continuity and internal control framework, preferably in an industry setting.
