Your role

We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join our Sales team. You will be part of a young, flexible, and dynamic team, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate for this role should have an interest in business and technology.

As a Business Developer, you will participate in the Sales activities from lead acquisition to the proposal. This includes participating in the definition of the Sales Strategy, finding new prospects, organizing deep dive discovery workshops, organizing demonstrations of Proof of Concept, and creating and closing Salesforce implementation proposals. In this position, you are building a strong relationship with all the stakeholders, and you are working towards bringing new projects to the implementation team.

Your responsibilities

  • Find and contact new prospects
  • Organize Marketing Campaigns to generate new leads
  • Manage the Opportunity Pipeline
  • Organize deep dive discovery with the prospects
  • Organize Demonstration of the Salesforce Solutions
  • Create proposals and won implementation projects
  • Find and recruit new Salesforce Consultants and Developers
  • All-in-all, participle to the growth of Novera!

Your experience

  • A strong IT/business affinity or background
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Hunter/Sales Spirit
  • Determination to reach KPIs/Objectives
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce certification or experience
  • Experience in Sales for the IT/Saas industry
  • Experience as a Business Manager
