Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role is to generate a maximum of sales opportunities (outbound). Your objective will be to identify, qualify and convince prospects to perform a demonstration of our product with a dedicated expert.

Your Mission

As part of the sales team you will be responsible for contributing to idloom’s growth:

  • Prospecting and building a sales pipeline by engaging prospects via phone, social, and email communications
  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine how idloom fits their needs
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Work with sales management to develop and grow the sales pipeline
  • Move prospects through the early stages of the sales process by communicating with them regularly, sending relevant content and scheduling high-level demos
  • Manage lead data in the CRM, ensuring all communications are recorded, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Effectively use social media (Linkedin) to engage with and research prospects
  • Proactively share ideas and best practices with an ongoing focus on improvement and finding new and better ways to contribute to idloom’s continued growth and success.

Interview process

  • Introduction call (20 min): exchange & validation of information by phone
  • In-depth interview (60 min): better understand what you are good at, what you don’t want to do anymore, and what you’d like to learn.
  • Case Study (1h30): physical interview to present a business case
  • Reference taking: exchange with at least 2 former managers.
