POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in support of Altair’s European direct delivery locations, with focus on SMEs as well as global organizations to promote the Company’s Destination and Immigration Services.

Position Responsibilities:

Identify and follow leads to increase customer base and revenue, helping to continue the growth of Altair’s European direct delivery locations

Drive new Destination and Immigration Services revenue

Possess a sound working knowledge of the mobility process

Critically evaluate the potential for wider opportunities that may suit Altair from a global RMC standpoint, and anything in between

Deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to existing and prospective clients

Act as a subject matter expert with the ability to promote appropriate mobility services to prospective clients

Meet and/or exceed agreed-upon activity and revenue targets

Effectively manage schedule of sales appointments

Take an active role in the transitional process when bringing new clients on board

Take an active role in developing, writing, and delivery of proposals, especially relating to “specialized” bid situations

Track all activities and prospect updates in SalesForce.com

Coordinate and lead sales presentations to prospects as necessary

Attend/participate in industry events as per local/regional markets as required

Run local round tables or other events to increase/expand awareness of Altair in European direct delivery locations

Participate in Company functions designed to educate employees and clients

Use Company resources to the greatest extent possible to ensure a professional, unified appearance and to avoid presenting conflicting or unclear sales messages

Position may require travel of 50% or more of work hours; other travel may be required depending upon opportunities developed

Candidates based in Belgium, France or The Netherlands preferred, United Kingdom will also be considered

EDUCATION:

Ideally possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field or equivalent experience, skills and training.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong sales background with a minimum of five years in the wider relocation industry, ideally with focus on Destination and/or Immigration Services.

Must have demonstrable experience in building robust pipelines and accurate sales forecasting

Specific experience selling solutions to Human Resources and Procurement functions within an organization and engaging at very senior level positions. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Talent Management, etc.)

Must have thorough knowledge of relocation services, industry policies and practices, as well as best practices in sales and business development.

Must have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Demonstrated excellence in written communications especially RFP responses, client summaries and presentation materials. Demonstrated presentation and collaboration skills in a team sales environment.

ESSENTIAL INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to understand client’s needs and address those needs with appropriate service offerings, particularly in the development of proposals and pricing documents.

Demonstrated drive to achieve established goals

A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Ability to work under stress, interruptions and deadlines

Exercise independent judgment to determine work goals, follow-through and completion

An entrepreneurial spirit is advantageous

LANGUAGES:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English as well as French and/or Dutch. German would be an advantage but not essential
