????About the role
Stampix is looking for a French-speaking BDR responsible for reaching out to new clients to help grow our business in the French and the Walloon region.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
????Your day-to-day activities
Prospecting
Become an industry expert and perform research on target accounts & prospects. It’s your job to be well-educated and be informed on the latest trends and best practices so that you can provide your accounts with relevant information.
Outreach
Create a message that attracts the prospect’s attention and convinces them to take on a call with you. Write and test your own mail funnels to finetune to the best converting journey. You’ll have full autonomy in cold calling by creating your own call script, based on Stampix’s USPs. You’ll be active on Linkedin to create your own professional network.
Strategy
Brainstorm with the Sales Team on which strategy to use for different industries & how to tailor your messages for maximum resonance. Keep track of your performance and never stop learning. You will become a master of the art and science of sales.
????Skills we’re looking for
◽Recently graduated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
◽Highly proficient in spoken and written French is essential
◽English of level B and higher is considered a plus
◽Analytical mindset & results-driven personality
◽The ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
◽Excellent time management and prioritising abilities
◽Sales experience is a big plus
◽Knowledge of marketing terminology is considered a plus
◽Getting things done is your mantra
◽You can smile genuinely, even when you receive a ‘no’ ????
