As a Business Manager at Prosource, you’ll be a pivotal player in driving business growth, managing projects and consultants, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing talent management.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be up to:
- Business development strategist:develop and execute strategies to attract new consultants and clients while retaining existing ones.
- Project management maestro: manage the entire project cycle, from prospecting to deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality criteria.
- Client and consultant liaison:collaborate closely with clients and consultants to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Relationship builder: establish and maintain strong client relationships by anticipating their needs and addressing potential issues.
- Team supervisor: supervise project teams, assign tasks, and coordinate to ensure operational efficiency.
- Talent acquisition specialist: conduct recruitment activities for consultants and prospect new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Talent management lead:manage the talent acquisition process, from recruitment to integration, and work on developing and maintaining a talent network.

Criteria
Who we’re looking for:
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious colleague with an entrepreneurial spirit and the following skills:
- Ability to work independently while achieving sales and recruitment goals.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering lasting relationships with clients and talents.
- Ability to understand and translate complex client needs into tailored solutions accordingly.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both oral and written).
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- A first experience in a consulting and/or recruitment agency is a real plus but not mandatory.
- An experience in ICT, Project Management &/or Business Analysis consulting would be a real plus too. Having an interest in these expertise’s/fields is essential, as they are Prosource’s core expertise.
