Process Officer

Within our Tribe Payments we are looking for a Process Engineer to reinforce the squad working on the SEPA Direct Debits product. Bearing in mind the client focus, you take into account the desires and suggestions of all our stakeholders to improve our existing processes. As a Process Engineer you are responsible as well to guide our stakeholders through the changes that come along.

Responsibilities:

Analysis of E2E processes
Set-up and elaboration of business cases
Propose solutions in the context of process simplification, problem solving,improvement or re-engineering of processes
Set-up and execution of a Change plan (communication, training, support,…)
Define Business Requirements
Coordinate with different stakeholders (operational teams, IT, OPC , …)
Recurrent reporting to different stakeholders
Evaluation of progress and results

Language requirements

Dutch & French

Fluent speaking, writing and understanding for at least one of both languages and at least understanding the other

English

Education

Bachelor or master degree or equivalent by experience

Required experience / knowledge

You have a proven track record in Process and Change Management

Technical experience

Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
Good expertise in MS Office
Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
Good understanding of work flow processes

Knowledge of Payments products is a valuable asset
