Business Project Manager

In their search for further growth and professionalization they are looking for a Business Project Manager to support the strategic transformation project within the organization.

As a Business Project Manager you will be working closely together with the Network Development Director who is responsible for the dealership network in Belgium. The main focus of the Business Project Manager is to support the transformation project through financial follow-up and analysis, project/process management and communicationof the progress of the project within Belgium. There will be room for autonomy and initiative next to following responsibilities:

• You will guide the leadership team in developing and continuous improvement of current standards, processes and tools
• You will actively look for enhancement and learning opportunities through best practices
• You will set up presentations and reports to communicate to internal and external stakeholders. This to illustrate a transparent image regarding the added value and progress of the project
• You will monitor the financial progress through budget/forecast monitoring and financial analysis
• You will be the main point of contact for all project related matters.

• You hold a Master degree in finance/economics
• You have 2-5 years of experience in controlling/consulting/audit
• You are a generalist with a financial background
• You are used to working with Ms Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
• You are able to keep a clear overview of matters and can build on strong planning and organizing skills
• You are eager to learn and get energy from innovation and new ideas
• You are a natural born communicator and can communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• You are fluent in Dutch/French/English.
