About the team

AvantGard Trax is the flagship product for payment processing. it is a highly adaptive corporate banking transaction system able to integrate seamlessly with existing cash management and back-office infrastructures.

What you will be doing

You translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional features that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
You are keen to work as part of a team in a scrum setting and are self-motivated, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker. You can translate business requirements into an iterative and feasible implementation roadmap.
You demonstrate high levels of initiative, independence and integrity and are an excellent communicator.

  • Understand AvantGard Trax on a functional (and technical) level, understand the business drivers of our clients, and deliver quality solutions that address the business needs of our clients.
  • Deliver working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
  • Work with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team
  • Participate in conversations around the delivery content and progress made. And actively engage in the scrum rituals/ceremonies: roadmap, story mapping, grooming and prioritization, sprint reviews, stakeholder demo, etc.
  • Drive improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.
  • Anticipate delivery issues, develop preventive measures, and mitigate risks.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivated, strong initiative, good time management skills, can multitask.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in software development and/or requirements management processes in a product development context is a plus.
  • Any proven experience with agile teams and backlog management processes is an asset

Added bonus if you have:

  • Working knowledge of Dutch or French
