DESCRIPTION


The Impact & Change department (within the Transformation division) is looking for a Change Expert.

This department works on a range of strategic projects within AXA to support the handling of the changes involved in these projects.

These changes may take place at different levels: process, organization, tools, or culture. They require long-term adjustments of behavior and performance on the part of the team affected by the change and everyone who is affected either directly or indirectly. The Department uses dedicated tools and methods to achieve its stated objectives.


As Change Expert, you will be required to:

  • Actively participate in a variety of projects within the various AXA departments by contributing to the "change management" components under the guidance of a more experienced colleague
  • Handle activities under the change plan from end to end (e.g. communication/training support, meeting facilitation, film production)
  • Contribute to the visibility of the Change Management team, through the added value generated within the projects;
  • Participate in the formalization and enhancement of the methods used;
  • Contribute to exchanges between Change colleagues and foster team spirit

Besides a very varied function with contacts throughout the company, you will have the opportunity to undergo training in the use of the different methods deployed in response to a whole range of issues.


QUALIFICATIONS


Your profile:

Master’s degree

  • 1-3 years’ experience in change management
  • Highly-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Capable of working under pressure in a changing environment
  • A fast learner
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • An analytical and critical mindset
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent command of French and/or of Dutch and good command of English
