Position: Client Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Remote or flexible, with occasional in-person meetings if/as required

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Coordinator to identify potential clients and explore market opportunities within the electrical installation industry. This role involves market research, outreach, and fostering client relationships to secure new business opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the industrial, solar energy, residential, and tunneling sectors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and align them with client needs.

• Organize and attend meetings with clients, both virtually and in person when necessary.

• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business growth.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing EPM Solutions’ expertise and services.

• Maintain an organized record of outreach efforts and client communications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Dutch (mandatory).

• Knowledge of German is an advantage but not required.

• Previous experience in client acquisition, market research, or sales (preferably in the construction or electrical installation industry).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.

• Flexible and willing to attend occasional in-person meetings as needed.
