    qualifications

    • bachelor’s degree
    • apics cpim certification (desirable)
    • 3 - 5 years relevant and working experience in international pharmaceutical logistics management and/or supply chain expertise with understanding of gmp and gcp guidelines
    • experience with vendor management
    • knowledge clinical trial packaging and distribution practices
    • preferable knowledge in the "interactive voice response system (ivrs)" for clinical trials
    • fluency in english
    • able to work under pressure
    • excellent verbal and written communication
    • analytical mindset (structured and organised), analyse data and find insights
    • critical but constructive mindset
    • understanding of capacity, resource and financial management
    • self leadership and motivation
    • collaborator in cross functional and international settings
    • flexible and team player
    • ability to work without direct supervision and manage multiple tasks
    • systems proficiency (trackwise, sap, ms office)

    key responsibilities

    job summary:


    • responsible for managing the vendor process related indicators and financials assigned to the vendors and studies assigned to him/her
    • deploys and advance the packaging and distribution strategy for clinical trial vendors in collaboration with the head of vendor management, including project management and by applying lean principles
    • responsible for the vendor management activities, including but not limited to: ensuring monthly calls and brms take place, review kpis and drive improvements
    • acts as main point of contact for audits and inspections for clinical packaging and distribution and ensure timely answers from distribution vendors and cts distribution team
    • responsible to following the eng process for vendor management, ensuring visibility of the kpis, completing risk assessments and other activities as required
    • acts as key contact with finance for all related clinical external packaging and distribution activities

    major accountabilities:


    • manage and implement complex and strategic projects taking into account the dynamic controls the business evolution will required
    • manage current vendors as per eng processes and drive kpis adhere,ce
    • act as the main point of contact for inspections / audits: coordinates with the ctso warehouse and distribution team when the requirement is for internal documentation for distribution
    • own and manage compliance records on trackwise to support cts vendor management team compliance improvements (change controls, capas, etc)
    • improve the management of purchase orders related to cts vendors services and invoice control
    • financial control of accruals and projection of the future spend according to the evolution of clinical studies
    • understand studies forecasts, tarifs structure and define cts budget
    • management of kpi’s operational and tactical for cts vendor management
    • analyse quarterly financial expenditure for the studies assigned to him/her and compare with budget to support management decisions or escalations
