Together with the Chief Legal Officer you work closely with local lawyers. In addition, you will receive exposure to the M&A matters at the Group Level via the Chief Legal Officer. This is an excellent job opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer.
Key responsibilities:
- Legal advice on commercial operations
- Drafting of commercial agreements and license agreements
- Follow-up on legal disputes
