  • Oversee and evaluate commercial performance of projects from start to finish.
  • Maintain commercial control over the allocated business unit or section.
  • Lead monthly cost reviews, manage action items, and ensure accurate CCS reporting.
  • Foster continuous improvement within the commercial team, supporting their growth.
  • Identify and manage risks in the business unit and regularly assess project risks.
  • Promote better business practices and ensure projects deliver optimal value on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and provide career guidance to the commercial team, encouraging professional development.
