Our Business Unit offers total solutions for specialty chemical producers, based on semi-industrial and engineering services. In addition to storage and handling we take care of all the value added services for your product, from blending and demetalizing to repackaging and optical sorting, and everything in between. To support this fast growing business unit, Katoen Natie is looking for a Commercial Managerfor its site in Kallo (Antwerp) Belgium.

Job Description

The commercial manager will spend an important part of your time at hunting for new business. Experience in sales is an advantage, but knowledge of the group and chemicals market is valued as well. Anyway a profound training will be part of your integration in the specialty chemicals family.

You will be part of our dynamic and growing commercial team continuously facing new challenges. Your drive and enthusiasm is key to achieve our common goals.

Your profile

  • Master degree or level of thinking
  • Besides Dutch and English, a knowledge of additional languages such as French, German and Spanish is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem solver, strong negotiator, creative organizer and commercial flair
  • Like us you believe in customer-friendliness, economical thinking, eagerness to learn, motivation, innovation and responsibility
