We expect you to focus on multiple result areas, here you take work away from our ADM’er with the ultimate goal: efficiency in our processes.

Opportunity to Delivery (O2D) process governance for existing customers with regards to renewals & new opportunities.
  • Maintain & follow-up the renewal agenda in order to make sure that internal resources are informed and allocated in due time
  • Make sure for every renewal & new opportunity for existing customers the O2D process is followed
  • Support with planning of internal process steps
  • Internal liason for operational and supporting departments
  • Support the creation of commercial proposals
  • Customer Basics
Make sure customer focus team meetings are timely planned and make sure all stakeholders are prepared prior the meeting

Participate within the CxM community to make sure action plans are created and followed-up

Keep up to date the QBP & JBP planning

Support in preparing QBP, JBP and other customer meetings
  • Commercial processes
Support with returning commercial processes such as indexation

Keep commercial material up to date f.e. product/service matrix, site presentations, response document, LS&H presentation, ..

Support with salesforce and contract data base and make sure these databases are up to date
  • Team support
Support with preparation of team meetings

Back-up commercial director in case of internal meetings f.e. actively participate in global/EMEA/LS&H communities in order to make sure the Benelux team is internally represented and important information in gathered, lead LS&H opportunity meetings.

Besides That You Have
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a logistics direction)
  • Strong communication skills (in Dutch and English)
  • A positive attitude combined with leadership and motivational skills.
  • You are good at estimating workload, setting priorities and working under time pressure.
  • You have exceptionally strong analytical skills
  • You are open to travel in the Benelux
