Description

For our client, active in the banking sector, we are looking for a Commercial Support. You ensure that the independent asset managers or IAMs receive a professional service. This means that you are responsible for monitoring back-office services and providing administrative support to these clients. In addition, you ensure that the legal requirements are met in order to contribute to a correct execution of the management of the clients’ portfolios.
  • Providing the portfolio overviews to the IAMs
  • Receiving clients, both by phone and in the office, in order to carry out the requested transactions and to strive towards optimal client satisfaction
  • Providing reports to the independent asset managers
  • Executing and monitoring internal procedures in order to minimize the risk of the bank in case of suspicious funds.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in an economic field.
  • You have a first experience in the financial sector.
  • You have a very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • You have an analytical mind
  • You are communicative
  • You have a good knowledge of financial markets, systems, processes and policies.
