Your Role

As a Community Executive, you’ll oversee Zannier Hotels’ interactions with the public through the creation and implementation of content strategies on social media platforms. Your duties will consist of social media management and influencer handling including monthly reporting to the sales & marketing director (reporting line will change with the growth of the company). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in several other smaller-scale projects in the field of sales & marketing.

Your Activities

  • Community Executive’s job focuses on increasing brand awareness and engagement through the effective use of social media outlets. You will be tasked with several key duties, such as:
  • Creating and implementing content strategies on social media platforms
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working together with sales teams to develop effective social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Periodic reporting to the group directors

Requirements

  • You have a min of 2 years of experience in a social media marketing role
  • You are eligible to perform your job from our head office in Ghent, Belgium
  • You are fluent in speaking and writing English and French/Dutch
  • You have a hands-on mentality, and you are willing to work mostly independently
  • Actively approaching influencers and negotiating stays at our properties in exchange for social media promotion
  • Hosting of influencer stays on property (when applicable)
