Within our Compensation & Benefits team, and in close co-operation with the HR Shared Service Center, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst contributes to the establishment and maintenance of our employment costing, job evaluation and C&B policies and practices. He/she makes a difference by recognizing internal and external opportunities towards maintaining competitive compensation practices and towards maintaining transparent employment cost reporting.
You will report to the Compensation & Benefits Team Lead
Your responsibilities
- Maintenance and optimization of internal employment cost models (e.g. international costing)
- Employment cost reporting at the pace of financial reporting requirements
- Feeding of tender and risk management community with up to date employment cost forecasts and data
- Analysis and updating of policy and legally compliant compensation benchmarks and practices, across our countries of operation
- Compensation practice support to Recruitment teams, HR Business Partners and Country HR Experts when dealing with compensation proposals for hirings, transfers and promotions

Your profile
- You have a demonstrated track record in delivering on C&B policies, data analytics and pay practices, in a multinational and highly entrepreneurial business environment.
- You combine an analytical mindset and skills with good financial acumen.
- You have strong language skills (Dutch & English) and are an excellent communicator.
- You are a team player and demonstrate drive and determination.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and think ahead to consider what will be tomorrow’s needs
- You have a master degree or equivalent by experience
- You have at least 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in an HR environment with a complex, global scope.
