As an ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented Business Compliance Engineer with a strong analytical mindset. If you are passionate about maintaining compliance through rigorous processes and documentation, this role may suit you perfectly.

  • You monitor day-to-day changes (Change Controls – CCs) in the field.
  • You execute required qualification activities related to plant changes and/or changes to execution systems.
  • You update documentation in line with changes: URS, PIA, IQ, OQ, PQ, and QSR.
  • You manage changes in the TrackWise system, initiating changes, following up, and closing out CC actions.
  • You ensure the annual update of the Validation Master Plan.
  • You ensure that deviations (Quality Incidents – QIs) are initiated in a timely manner.
  • You perform periodic system reviews (PSQR) and provide reports related to qualification activities such as KPIs and calibration deviations.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences).
  • You have experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • You have proven experience with PSQRs (Periodic System Qualification Reviews).
  • You possess a solid understanding of GMP regulations and validation principles (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • You are familiar with TrackWise or similar change control/deviation management systems.
  • You have strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • You are able to work independently, but also a strong team player.
  • You take a proactive approach and possess good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
